Dipti Yoga is a warm, welcoming studio where yoga, Pilates, and gentle wellness practices come together to support your whole being. "Dipti" (दीप्ति) in Sanskrit means light, radiance, or a quiet inner glow — an apt name that also honours my mother, whose kindness and steady presence inspire this space.

Dipti Yoga 是一個溫暖、歡迎您的工作室,瑜伽、普拉提和溫和的健康練習在此匯聚,以支持您的身心。「Dipti」(दीप्ति)在梵文中意指光、輻射或安靜的內在光芒 —— 這個恰如其分的名字同時也向我的母親致敬,她的仁慈與穩定的存在啟發了這個空間。
